We are looking forward to moving into our new house. It needs a little work, but has so much character! Chad will have a 5 minute commute and we are minutes away from I-25 and shopping. New tile has just been laid in the entry way, kitchen and bathrooms (except basement bath). We have had tile put in the dining room as well. New carpet goes in on July 11th.
It is a two story with basement and has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.
A big yard for the girls to play in...I think it needs a swing set.
Eventually we will change the concrete and maybe add a tree or two, but it will be a great place for Kailey to do her "bike-a-ling" and sidewalk chalk drawings.
The kitchen needs major updating - this is the first thing we are doing!
