Vail Weekend

Chad and I went to Vail for my Uncle Randy's commitment ceremony. We thought it would be in the best interest of everyone involved if we left the girls at home... the last wedding we went to I spent the ceremony in the parking lot with a screaming Kiersten. Sue was willing to watch the girls all weekend, so we stayed for the weekend. It was a fantastic...quiet...weekend that passed by way to quickly! Of course, we didn't tell the girls that we were going to see Uncle Randy...as well as Grammie, Grandpa, Cousins Mason and Lily...they would have had a fit!

A little gold town that we passed by on the way to Vail.

We road the gondola up to the top of Vail Montain. We walked around, took in the views and ate expensive hamburgers for lunch

Unfortunantly the pine beatle has killed thousands of pine trees in Colorado. The mountains are spotted with brown dead trees.

I guess in the winter skiers ski through the cat cave

The ceremony was at the Piney River Ranch...absolutely spectacular!
Mason was the ring bearer and my mom was in the wedding party

The butterfly release was amazing!Lily had a butterfly land on her head and Mason held his in his hand before it took flight
